LIMITED WARRANTY

Once you purchase a battery, it will be replaced for FREE when it can no longer be recharged.  No questions asked.  Send us your broken/worn part and we will replace it.  Void if used with e-liquid or different company's cartridges.   

USED BATTERY MUST BE MAILED BACK.  UPON RECEIPT, A NEW BATTERY WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITH YOUR NEXT ORDER.  

There is no postage charge if new batteries are mailed to you with a cartridge order.  Otherwise, there is a $1.95 shipping and handling charge per battery.  Upon receipt of the old battery that will no longer hold a charge, a new battery will be mailed to you.

TIPS on extending life of battery 

If your battery doesn't hold it's charge very long, clean the contact area with a dry, clean Q-tip.  Check your charging USB and wall plug to ensure they are working properly. 

Don't overcharge.  This is a main reason batteries lose their ability to recharge.  Charge 2 hrs or less, keep and eye on it and unplug when the light goes out.  Don't charge overnight, it is way too much, and will burn out the battery.  

Don't plug into your computer.  It is not what the computer ports are for, and has the possibility of damaging your computer. 

If the battery still does not hold a charge, you may return it to us for a FREE replacement battery, per our Limited Warranty.  

Please make sure to specify if you want a King size or Regular size.  

TIPS ON USING BATTERY

Instructions:  Take a slow, easy pull,  Each cartridge can be used until vapor and flavor starts to fade. 

Unscrew cartridge and replace (check battery first, clean any residue with dry Q-tip). 

When tip blinks 3 times, charge it for 2 hours or less.  Tip stays red during charging, light goes off when fully charged.  New cartridges are charged from the factory. 

Place rubber cap on cartridge when not in use.
